Manastır Hotel has developed a global program that will bring a new standard of hotel cleaning and disinfection to enable its guests to enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay.
Manastır Hotel will further improve the already high housekeeping and hygiene standards, where hospital-grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols are already used. The program will include:
After cleaning, the guest will indicate that their room has not been entered
Extra disinfection of the 10 most touched areas, including light switches and door handles, in guest rooms
There will be disinfectant cloths accessible by guests at the entrances and busy areas

As a precautionary measure against the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures that we have developed in consultation with public health officials to further rigorous our cleaning and hygiene protocols:
Our hotel teams receive ongoing briefings and improved operating protocols.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning common areas (lobbies, door handles, public toilets, etc.) and continue to use hospital grade disinfectants.
We will continue to organize our food and beverage service in line with current food safety recommendations.
We increased the distribution of hand disinfectants.
We have activated our regional and global response teams to provide uninterrupted support to our hotels and are prepared to act quickly in the event of a coronavirus detected in one of our hotels.
